Why won't EyeFly connect to my phone?
Try these quick fixes:
- Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
- Ensure the smart temples have enough battery.
- Turn Bluetooth off and on again.
- Remove "EyeFly" from your phone's paired devices and reconnect.
- Restart your phone if necessary.
When pairing for the first time, wear your EyeFly frame and select EyeFly from the list of nearby Bluetooth devices.
Why isn't the touch control responding?
If the touch controls aren't working as expected:
- Make sure you're touching the touch area on the smart temple.
- Use a firm, deliberate tap rather than a swipe.
- Check that the smart temples are powered on and connected.
- Clean the touch surface if it's dirty or wet.
If the problem remains, reset the smart temples and pair them again.
What should I do if EyeFly won't charge?
If your EyeFly isn't charging:
- Check that the magnetic charging cable is correctly aligned with the smart temple.
- Make sure the USB-C cable is securely connected to a power source.
- Inspect the charging contacts and gently remove any dust or debris.
- Try a different USB power adapter or charging port.
