EyeFly is smart audio eyewear that combines the look and comfort of traditional glasses with built-in audio technology. Using open-ear speakers integrated into the temples, EyeFly lets you listen to music, take calls, follow navigation, and access voice assistants while staying aware of your surroundings. With interchangeable smart and standard temples, EyeFly gives you the flexibility to switch between connected eyewear and a classic frame whenever you choose.
How does the open-ear audio work?
Built-in speakers direct sound toward your ears while keeping them uncovered, allowing you to enjoy audio while remaining aware of your surroundings.
Can other people hear what I'm listening to?
Sound leakage is minimal during normal use, though nearby people may hear some audio at higher volumes.
Can I listen to music and still hear my surroundings?
Yes. Open-ear audio is designed to let you stay aware of conversations, traffic, and other important sounds around you.
Does wind affect the audio quality?
EyeFly is designed to keep sound clear in wind speeds up to 5 m/s, helping maintain a consistent listening experience outdoors.
Can I send messages using voice commands?
Yes. Once connected to your smartphone, you can use your preferred voice assistant to send messages hands-free.
How do I check the battery level?
Battery status can be viewed through your phone's Bluetooth settings or compatible device notifications.
How much does EyeFly weigh?
EyeFly weighs approximately 38 grams, making it comfortable for all-day wear.
Is EyeFly sweat resistant?
Yes. EyeFly is designed to handle everyday activities and light perspiration.
Are all styles available as both sunglasses and prescription frames?
We offer:
- Prescription frames that can be fitted with your corrective lenses (single vision, progressive, and readers). Prefer to not customize? Every pair comes standard with blue light-filtering lenses, perfect for the office or screen time.
- Sunglasses with UV-protective polarized lenses.
Compatibility & Connectivity
What is the wireless range?
EyeFly offers a wireless range of up to 10 meters (33 feet) under normal conditions.
Does EyeFly work with both iPhone and Android?
Yes. EyeFly is compatible with most modern iPhone and Android devices that support Bluetooth connectivity.
Can I connect EyeFly to more than one device?
EyeFly can remember multiple paired devices, but only one active connection can be used at a time.
What happens if I walk away from my phone?
If you move outside Bluetooth range, the connection will be lost. Once you return within range, EyeFly can reconnect automatically.
Can EyeFly reconnect automatically?
Yes. EyeFly automatically reconnects to previously paired devices when Bluetooth is enabled and the device is nearby.
Can I pair EyeFly with a computer, smartwatch, or tablet?
EyeFly can connect to many Bluetooth-enabled devices, including compatible tablets and smartwatches.
Do I need a specific app to use EyeFly?
No dedicated app is required.
What apps does my eyewear connect to?

How do I turn the eyewear on and off?
EyeFly automatically powers on when worn and powers off when removed, helping conserve battery life.
Can I use EyeFly while charging?
For the best experience, we recommend removing EyeFly while charging.
How do I switch between smart and regular temples?
Simply pull the temple out of the metal holder at the corner of the frame and slide the replacement temple into place until secure.
Are standard temples included?
Yes. Every EyeFly includes both smart tech temples and standard temples.
Can I use my own lens prescription?
Yes. EyeFly can be fitted with prescription lenses by participating optical retailers.
Can I switch between optical and sun lenses?
EyeFly sunglasses come with premium sun lenses, while optical frames include blue light filtering lenses that can be replaced with your prescription lenses by an optician. We do not recommend changing lenses yourself. Thanks to EyeFly's modular design, you can easily own multiple fronts, making it simple to switch between optical and sun options while using the same smart temples.
Can I wear EyeFly in the rain?
EyeFly is sweat-resistant and can handle light moisture, but it should not be submerged in water or exposed to heavy rain for extended periods.
How should I clean the frame?
Use the included microfiber cloth to gently clean the frame and lenses. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive materials.
Can I replace the temples if they become damaged?
Yes. Replacement temple sets are available for purchase if your temples become damaged or need to be replaced.
How should I store EyeFly when not in use?
Store EyeFly in its protective case in a cool, dry place away from excessive heat, moisture, or direct sunlight.

Does EyeFly track my location?
No. EyeFly does not track your location.
Is my personal data stored on the frame?
No. Personal information is not stored directly on the frame. Any connected services are managed through your paired device and its settings.

What does the warranty cover?
All frames come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in hardware and electronics. Accidental damage (drops, scratches, etc.) is not covered.
