Returns

You may request a return for eligible products within 45 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined in our return policy. If a replacement is approved for a faulty product, a replacement will be sent after the original item has been received and processed.

If you are in the Americas:

Please contact our customer service team by email or phone to request a return authorization before sending your product back. Returns must be shipped using a trackable carrier method. Once an approved return is received and processed, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
